Insight Turkey, one of the leading academic journals in Turkey, in its latest issue: “The Balkans at a Crossroads: Domestic Issues, Regional Affairs, Global Powers, Changing Dynamics” tackles the latest events in the Balkans region and the world powers' relations within the Balkan countries.
This new issue of Insight Turkey brings to the readers various manuscripts which touch upon domestic and regional issues and the impact of those external actors, (i.e. EU, NATO, Russia, China, and Turkey), inside the Balkans. Cvete Koneska and Zhidas Daskalovski in their commentaries evaluate the ongoing name dispute between Greece and North Macedonia. Alexander Zdravkovski and Sabrina Ramet's commentary discusses the proposed territorial exchange between Serbia and Kosovo; while Muhidin Mulalic talks about the trilateral relations among Turkey, Serbia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
