Sport injury is one of the important issues of sports medicine. Sport injuries are an integral part of all sports. Any sport that requires more physical fitness is more likely to cause sports damage. And our goal is to bring people who have suffered injuries back to sports fields faster and the book is a rehabilitation program (tensile and resistance) sport injuries. Sufficient information about rehabilitation programs can accelerate the reatment process and prevent some unwanted complications in the event of non rehabilitation and accelerate the process of returning to the level of pre-injury activity. erefore, given the importance of adequate information on rehabilitation, we hope that the book will enhance the rehabilitation information for instructors, athletes and sports team.
