Fransa'da basılan sözlük çalışmaları da bulunan Doğan Hasol'un, mimarlar ve yapı dalında çalışan kişilerin tasarım ve uygulamada kullandıkları dilin, sözcük ve terimlerinin derlenmesi amacıyla oluşturduğu, 3. baskısı yapılan yapıt, 50.000 sözcük'ten oluşmuştur.

After the Ansiklopedik Mimarlık Sözlüğü (Encyclopedic Dictionary of Architecture) prepared by Doğan Hasol in the 1970s also contained a terminology dictionary in three languages; the English-French-Turkish Architecture also published in Paris in 1997 by Le Moniteur Publishing.This publication of the Dictionary of Architecture and Building took place by examining Hasol's three-language dictionary and increasing the number of terms in the English-Turkish part by fifty percent. The English-Turkish / Turkish-English Dictionary of Architecture and Building that has about 30 thousand terms has historical words and terms regarding form, function, style and movements but also modern terms from today's technology and material terms
